Pro Accès Group is looking for a Locksmith to install, maintain, and repair locks, handles, and hardware for doors, both on-site and in the workshop.

What you will do

• ● Sell, maintain, and repair various products (locks, handles, keys, etc.);

● Answer customer questions in-store and on the phone and advise them based on their needs; ● Operate the cash register and process transactions; ● Work in the workshop, meaning, create key systems, repair and adjust locks, cut keys, and perform any other tasks requested by customers; ● Collaborate on store stocking, meaning, ensure the establishment has all the supplies and equipment needed for its daily operations; ● Respond to service calls and perform agreed-upon work; ● Accurately fill out the installation tracking sheet and submit it to the dispatcher; ● Hand over received payments to the responsible person.

What we are looking for

• ● DEP in locksmithing or equivalent diploma
• ● Between one (1) and two (2) years of experience
• ● Hold a private security agent permit or commit to obtaining one
• ● French: advanced level, both orally and in writing

● English: intermediate level required to communicate verbally with anglophone clients in the Estrie region, representing approximately 15% of exchanges ● Customer service sense ● Rigor and concern for excellence ● Professionalism and courtesy ● Autonomy ● Resourcefulness
