Smart Home Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and maintain smart home systems for residential and commercial clients
• Assist clients with the use and troubleshooting of their smart home systems
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless integration of smart home systems with other home automation technologies
• Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Write technical reports and document interventions performed
• Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in smart home
• REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma in electronics, computer science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of smart home systems (lighting, security, HVAC...)
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and installation manuals
• Communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel
