Dishwasher

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, ensuring a smooth and hygienic operation in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. This role is essential in supporting food service operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Ensure all dishes are returned to proper storage areas in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and assisting kitchen staff.
• Follow food handling and safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
