Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables with meticulous attention to detail;
• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their table;
• Present the menu and provide informed recommendations;
• Take orders and liaise efficiently with the kitchen and bar;
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with the establishment’s standards;
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience;
• Supervise and train commis waiters when required;
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, with at least 1–2 years as a waiter or in a similar role;
• Strong customer service skills and guest-oriented mindset;
• Solid knowledge of service techniques and hygiene standards;
• Team spirit, responsiveness, and ability to work well under pressure;
• Bilingual (French and English).required in order to provide quality service to our local, tourist, and international clientele
