We Are Hiring a Cook!

As a Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in our Four Diamond restaurant, Le Riverain. Working alongside an experienced and passionate culinary team, you'll thrive in a modern kitchen equipped with high-performance equipment while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up your workstation in preparation for each service.
• Prepare, cook, and season dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure every plate meets the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
• Two to three years of professional cooking experience.
• Passion for quality cuisine and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
