The dishwasher plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the kitchen. They ensure the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas. They also support the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, and equipment according to established standards
• Ensure that work areas (dishwashing area, floors, surfaces) are always clean and well-organized
• Participate in the reception and storage of goods
• Support the kitchen team in basic tasks, if needed
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
• Work efficiently during periods of high traffic
