We are looking for a Front Desk Agent!

Ripplecove Hotel & Spa, a prestigious establishment located on the shores of the beautiful Lake Massawippi, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Front Desk Agent to join our welcoming team. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the Front Desk Agent will play a central role in the guest experience, providing exceptional service during check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen sense of hospitality, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service upon their arrival;
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and professionally;
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a precise and courteous manner;
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer personalized service to ensure their satisfaction;
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience;
• Promote the hotel's services, local attractions, and regional activities to enrich the guests' experience;
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements

• Bilingual French-English required to provide quality service to our local, tourist, and international clientele;
• Previous experience of at least one year in a similar role preferred;
• Hospitality training and/or experience in the field an asset;
• Knowledge of the region and local tourist attractions an asset;
• Proficiency in computer software such as Suite Office, PMS (Hotello an asset);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
