RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS RELATED TO THE POSITION

• Maintain reservation records.
• Greet guests, check them into the guest registry, and assign them rooms.
• Respond to customer inquiries, inform them about the services offered, and handle complaints.
• Compile and verify customer accounts.
• Check cash registers and receipts.
• Present bills to departing guests and collect amounts due.
• Handle inventories and ordering for the hotel's convenience store.
• Provide support, in case of high traffic, to the breakfast service.
• Welcome and direct guests for meetings and events.
• Clean up meeting rooms upon departure of guests.
• Ensure that public spaces adjacent to the reception are kept clean and orderly.
• Conduct floor tours to ensure cleanliness. Retrieve items left by guests.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Perform any other related tasks.
