Pioneering in customer service quality control since 1997, C3 Client Satisfaction is a Quebec-based agency specializing in on-site customer satisfaction research through audits, surveys, and customer interviews for all types of retail and service businesses across Canada.

We also offer personnel recruitment services related to the retail industry.

Tasks

Visit various types of businesses to check specific points regarding customer service (prices, display), verify if the company's protocol is being followed (uniform, reception, employee activity), and test the employees' knowledge by asking predetermined questions (availability, location, services offered, or product usage advice).

In some cases, purchases may be made, which are later reimbursed by our agency or directly by the visited businesses. Computer forms are to be filled out immediately after the visits.

The identity of the person remains confidential.

Skills Required

• Read carefully: We are looking for a person already working in the mystery shopping, survey, or audit field who is seeking additional contracts.

The person must have experience in data collection, a quick writing skill with excellent grammar (reports are detailed).

Are you a resourceful and discreet person? Do you have an excellent sense of observation and a very good memory? You are the person we are looking for!
