Receptionist - Part-Time

Ford Lincoln Circuit, a renowned dealership in Montreal since 1971, meets the automotive needs of its customers for new and used vehicles. Now led by brothers McLean and Robert Dupuis, who have been in business with Ford for over 25 years, Ford Lincoln Circuit is proud of the loyalty of its customers who recognize the professionalism and expertise of its team. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly receptionist to join our team in the automotive sector in Montreal. The person in this position is the first point of contact for clients in the company and must represent the company with professionalism.

We are looking for a person who can fill the reception needs on Thursday evenings and Friday during the day.

As a receptionist at Ford Lincoln Circuit, you will be called upon to perform the following tasks:

• Answer calls quickly, courteously, and professionally and transfer them quickly to the concerned person or service;
• Direct customers to the appropriate service and notify the concerned employee that a customer is waiting;
• Issue receipts to the customer upon deposit or delivery of the vehicle;
• Present yourself professionally;
• Perform other tasks as needed and according to the instructions of the management.
