  • HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Supervisor - Concentrator, You Will Have The Opportunity To Actively Contribute To The Development, Acquisition And Maintenance Of Employees' Skills In The Department. Your Main Functions Will Be

  • Analyze the training and development needs of the concentrator sectors.
  • Design, build and present training and development plans taking into account human, financial, legal, organizational and pedagogical aspects.
  • Provide training and supervise internal or external trainers to the organization, while following the quality/price ratio of different services.
  • Validate the results of the participants' training actions, recommend promotions and establish the processes for transferring acquired knowledge.
  • Maintain the training data tracking system (ISOVISION) and train the department in its use.
  • Ensure that legal, operational and procedure readers are up-to-date for department workers.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Holder of a college diploma (DEC) in metallurgy, mineral processing or any other related field, combined with five (5) years of experience in an industrial environment as a trainer. Any other relevant training may be considered.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite, SIMS and SAP.
  • Functional knowledge of English is an asset.
