Midtown is looking for Servers to join our team and help create lasting member experiences.

The Position

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide warm and personalized service throughout the experience.
• Be well-versed in the menu to answer questions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during their meal and quickly address any concerns or issues.
• Prepare and present bills, then process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the dining and kitchen staff to provide smooth and high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server in a high-end and high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team spirit, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
