Warehouse Associate

Summary

The person in this position is primarily responsible for managing the company's inventories, including those dedicated to projects. They also contribute to the smooth operation of material shipments to various departments and play a key role in meeting deadlines and delivery quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure rigorous management of internal and external inventories, including required adjustments in the systems.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and annual inventory, in collaboration with the finance department during audits.
• Process the receipt of goods, including verification of quantity and documentation compliance.
• Perform picking, preparation, and delivery of parts to production lines, projects, and customer shipments.
• Receive and process shipping requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
• Validate delivery requirements with internal and external clients and track shipping dates.
• Track borrowed, missing, and returned items.
• Manage inventory obsolescence according to established principles (e.g., FIFO) and perform required inventory transfers.
• Open, process, and track purchase orders, RNCP, and associated inventory movements.
• Participate in the management of hazardous materials, in compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
• Provide logistical support to other sites, as needed.
• Contribute to sample management.
• Actively participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other tasks related to warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience;
• Functional English;
• Meticulousness, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Great curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence;
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, particularly regarding new technologies, including artificial intelligence.
