Night Warehouse Supervisor

SUMMARY

In the course of their work, the incumbent must organize, plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities under their responsibility, including the management of security, health and safety, personnel, and the optimization of processes.

TYPICAL DAY IN YOUR FUTURE WORKDAY

• Comply with, communicate, and ensure the application of security, health, and safety rules, and ensure the proper maintenance of their work environment.
• Supervise, coordinate, and develop personnel under their responsibility in the areas of receiving, storing, or shipping merchandise and returns.
• Mobilize and motivate team members by guiding, training, and advising them in achieving set goals.
• Analyze performance indicators.
• Communicate relevant information to their team in a timely manner.
• Participate in activities or projects aimed at improving and optimizing existing work processes.
• Perform any other related tasks.

SCHEDULE

• Available positions: night shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday
