As a Branch Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team based in Montreal, Quebec, and report to the National Product Service Director.

*What You’ll Do*
- Meet sales and standard margin objectives for DEWALT, CPT, accessories, and outdoor products
- Present and execute promotions and marketing programs to the assigned customer portfolio; develop, execute, and track account plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
- Provide monthly sliding sales and forecasts by business segment
- Coordinate and participate in major trade shows with key accounts
- Manage activities within assigned travel and representation budgets
- Provide marketing with feedback on competitor activities
- Provide the necessary sales and service skills to maintain and strengthen the Stanley Black & Decker brand image, as well as to meet and exceed established financial objectives
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
- Provide courteous, competent, and effective service to all customers (ASC, end user, distributor) to maximize a 100% customer satisfaction rate
- Implement and maintain established inventory control procedures
- Foster synergy between sales and service
- Administer warranties and other company policies and procedures, and make daily operational decisions
- Implement and coordinate all processes, such as cash controls, returns, warranties, and administrative procedures, to comply with internal audit standards
- Ensure a professional presentation of the retail store to maximize sales and profits
- Develop parts and repair activities through promotion of sales to ASC accounts, distributors, and end users
- *Who You Are*
- Diploma from a community college or university (specialization in business administration) and experience in a sales, marketing, or service environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, and action-oriented person who thrives in a dynamic and competitive retail and industrial/commercial sales environment
- Strong management, organization, and product knowledge skills, including the ability to implement various sales and marketing programs in both channels
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, presentation, and consumer behavior understanding skills; experience working directly with the public
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of product applications and technical skills is an asset
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- *What You’ll Get*
- The salary for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 in annual base pay. The salary is based on the local market and may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience related to the position. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary sales incentive bonus, which, at target, is equivalent to 20% of the salary. All bonuses are subject to the terms of the plan and depend on meeting defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
