We are looking for our future Senior Consulting Services in Training Support for RI to join our teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary analyses (situation assessment) in collaboration with change management stakeholders.
• Analyze training needs using a competency-based approach.
• Determine optimal pedagogical strategies and methods based on context and learning needs.
• Develop training proposals in collaboration with content experts.
• Develop training paths for skill development in certain areas and the perpetuation of knowledge.
• Design and write training content in collaboration with content experts.
• Develop evaluation and follow-up methods to measure the effectiveness of training paths and implemented pedagogical strategies.
• Integrate best practices in training and continuous learning to ensure constant skill development within the organization.
• Integrate innovative solutions or new pedagogical approaches to optimize engagement and the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support the organization and its stakeholders in their transformations and skill evolution.
• Coordinate the development of training paths with content experts and teams involved in the mandate.

Desired Profile

• Twelve (12) years of experience in training support,
• including five (5) years in the field of information technology.
