We are currently looking for merchandisers to join our growing team.

What We Offer (and What the Grocery Store Doesn't)

• Salary between $22 and $25/hour, depending on your experience
• Mileage reimbursement
• Daytime schedule, Monday to Thursday
• No more evenings, weekends, or holiday sacrifices
• An active position, on the road, with true autonomy
• Supervision of a small team of 6 to 10 people, without having to manage a store in its entirety

Your Daily Routine

• Be on the field to coordinate your team of grocery merchandisers
• Set up sections according to planograms and ensure the quality of the work
• Build and maintain good relationships with store managers
• Motivate your team and ensure that the mandates run effectively

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in grocery (merchandising or management)
• Excellent understanding of planograms
• Experience in team supervision (team leader, assistant manager, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle
• Good physical condition, an active mindset, and availability to travel (with occasional overnight stays)
