Pastry Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, meticulous, and passionate pastry assistant. You will assist our head pastry chef in daily production and help maintain our high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of recipes: weighing, assembly, cooking, assembly
• Apply basic pastry techniques by following technical sheets
• Participate in the daily production of desserts (entremets, tarts, biscuits, cakes, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace
• Assist in receiving, storing orders, and managing raw materials
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
