IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager

Right-hand person to the Chief of Technology and Innovation, you are responsible for the systems, network, and security of the company, in a multi-site, growing context. You define the technological orientations and strategies for your domain and ensure their implementation—from vision to execution. You will be called upon to intervene directly on critical issues while ensuring a global vision, standardization, and evolution of solutions. Ultimately, you will build and lead a team as the company grows.

Main Responsibilities

Systems, Infrastructure, and Network

• Design, deploy, and evolve the network architecture (LAN/WAN, VPN, switching, routing) across all sites
• Manage and segment the factory network (OT / operational technology)
• Ensure the availability, performance, and monitoring of the infrastructure
• Collaborate with the development team on cloud infrastructure

Security

• Act as the IT security manager: policies, access, identity management
• Ensure the security of the network (IT and OT) and compliance (cyber insurance, data protection)
• Monitor, prevent, and respond to incidents

Special Projects

• Lead special projects combining technology, engineering, and manufacturer/supplier research, from evaluation to production
• Identify and implement automation and process optimization solutions, including the use of AI tools
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to support production and operations

Asset Management and User Support

• Define and implement technological asset management and user support strategies
• Ensure the realization of these strategies and execute required tasks personally when necessary, in collaboration with the team
• Provide a reliable service and document procedures to make the team autonomous

Training and Mentoring

• Support and train users on tools and best practices

Required Profile

• Senior experience in systems and network administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, switching, routing)
• Strong understanding of network security and best practices
• Real autonomy: ability to manage a project from A to Z without supervision
• Hands-on aptitude and architectural vision—comfortable in both registers
• Sense of organization, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead and become a reference point for the team
• Experience in industrial network / OT in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of IP telephony technologies
• Experience with automation and AI tools
• Certifications in security or networking (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent)
• Bilingual French/English (sites in Canada and the United States)
