Do you want to play a key role in transforming and optimizing an organization's financial systems? CAA-Quebec is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with financial teams and managers to drive major projects, improve process efficiency, and ensure systems align with strategic goals. Your expertise will enable you to contribute to technological evolution, support users, and maintain data integrity, while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

You will hold a full-time position (35 hours per week) with hybrid remote work, requiring 2 weekly trips to our Quebec office.

• Actively collaborate on strategic projects related to the evolution and optimization of financial systems, partnering with managers and analysts to identify business needs and maximize process efficiency
• Ensure technological vigilance and contribute to the technological evolution of systems, while being responsible for monitoring and innovation activities
• Actively participate in the implementation and improvement of various systems related to the finance function (ERP, travel financial system, CRM)
• Play a key role in steering committees (Workday and others) to ensure project alignment with the organization's strategic objectives
• Actively contribute to the planning and execution of tests for regular system updates, ensuring that changes are rigorously tested and properly integrated
• Take charge of improvement requests based on service needs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with industry best practices
• Support finance users as a super user, providing technical expertise and ongoing support throughout system usage
• Ensure financial information integrity during system integrations by validating data quality and associated processes
• Document the use of new features, ensuring that stakeholders have all the necessary information for optimal use
• Participate in cross-departmental analysis projects within the finance department and other areas of the organization, playing a key role in coordinating and implementing strategic initiatives

• Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, information systems, accounting sciences, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position
• Demonstrated experience in financial accounting
• Experience in Workday implementation
• Advanced Excel mastery and good knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data software (an asset)
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, problem-solving ability, and a good sense of initiative
• Constant commitment to continuous improvement
• Excellent team spirit and strong communication skills
• Great adaptability in a context of changing priorities and demonstrates autonomy when orientations evolve or require clarification
• Mastery of French and functional English, both oral and written, allowing you to understand documentation and communicate effectively
