*Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations for Eastern Quebec and the City of Quebec, ensuring high-quality service and unforgettable experiences for our clients.*

Your Daily Mission

• Supervise the hiring and training of employees by management staff for the various restaurant departments;
• Effectively delegate certain personnel management tasks to supervisors, chefs, and waitstaff;
• Ensure the excellence of customer service according to the company's quality standards by equipping managers and their respective teams;
• Ensure the proper management of customer complaints onboard and weekly follow-up;
• Plan and coordinate special events;
• Establish and ensure the respect of plate presentation and service display standards;
• Participate in budget planning at the beginning of the year;
• Weekly follow-up on the respect of allocated budgets, including salaries and sales costs;
• Supervise and control inventory tracking, requisitions, and orders;
• Supervise and direct efficient operations management;
• Propose ideas and recommendations to maximize operational efficiency;
• Propose new products and events based on a deeper understanding of the Quebec market;
• Propose all actions deemed favorable for the company's development and sales increase;
• Present reports to the general management on results and implemented actions.
• Design attractive offers and menus in collaboration with chefs.
• Analyze market trends and adapt the offer to attract and retain customers.
• Implement marketing and communication actions (social networks, events, partnerships).
• Manage customer feedback and ensure rigorous follow-up of reviews and comments.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Evaluate team performance and propose development plans.
• Perform all other related tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position;
• Valid driver's license;
• Demonstrates positive leadership;
• Ready to navigate new challenges and constantly strive to improve;
• Exemplary organizational skills;
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems;
• Strong knowledge of the Quebec restaurant market;
• Recognized for the attention to detail in customer service and communication skills;
