In your role, you will be responsible for the following

  • Process financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in accordance with standardized operational procedures, industry regulations, and the TD Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics
  • Understand and determine client needs to recommend solutions tailored to those needs, while acting discreetly for confidential matters
  • Address client concerns and resolve them using standard procedures and escalating exceptions to a higher level, if necessary
  • Achieve established business objectives by promoting banking solutions and following business processes accurately and on time
  • Build a personal connection with clients to inform them adequately and clearly about banking solutions and processes
  • Help create a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by demonstrating team effectiveness and participating in individual performance and development
  • Support the team by respecting colleagues, remaining committed, and keeping everyone informed about the status of routine activities
  • Ensure a quality customer experience and recommend operational improvements when opportunities for improvement and operational excellence arise

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or more than one year of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong administrative, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the internet
  • Ambitious person who can demonstrate initiative, be detail-oriented, and be accurate in handling multiple tasks and modifying priorities
  • Dynamic communicator with recognized customer experience skills who can establish a connection, verbally or in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
