What you will accomplish with us

As a visualization analyst or senior analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Supervise the preparation and review of financial statements and fund publications for mutual funds and distinct funds.
• Validate the accuracy of key financial documents, including the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and equity.
• Detect and analyze financial discrepancies or irregularities to prevent potential risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of financial statements according to industry standards.
• Implement and monitor internal controls related to the production of financial and regulatory reports.
• Collaborate on data governance, ensuring its accuracy and integrity with internal and external teams.
• Assess the needs of institutional clients and contribute to the optimization of reporting processes and tools.
• Support and migrate our operational tools in Excel (VBA)
• Design, develop, and implement Python solutions
• Use generative AI tools, including coding assistants (Copilot, Agent Mode, Skills), to accelerate development and improve the quality of visualization and operational solutions.

• We are looking for a person who:
• Is recognized for their rigor and precision in handling complex financial data.
• Stands out for their mastery of IFRS standards and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to solve problems and analyze financial discrepancies in a dynamic environment.
• Is recognized for their ease of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicating in English.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, report production, or accounting in the financial services sector.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Possesses a professional certification such as the CPA (asset).
• Is proficient in reporting and BI tools such as Excel (VBA), Power BI, Workiva, or any other visualization tool (asset)
• Is proficient in Python and has experience in developing and integrating AI-powered applications.
• Has a good understanding of basic database concepts and SQL query writing (asset).
• Has experience with version control tools (asset)
• Has experience with Power Apps and Microsoft's Power Platforms suite. (Asset)
• Has an advanced level of English, both orally and in writing, due to daily tasks performed in this language. These tasks include oral communications via videoconferencing for meetings and presentations, as well as writing emails with unilingual English-speaking partners and suppliers.
