Your mission

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you supervise the daily operations of the park's restaurants and snack bars. You support the field teams and ensure the smooth running of activities to provide an effective service and a positive experience for visitors.

Concretely, you will

• Supervise the kitchen and snack bar staff
• Be actively present on the field and support employees as needed
• Ensure compliance with service, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Participate in coordinating operations during busy periods
• Support scheduling and task allocation
• Ensure the proper functioning of food stations and equipment
• Intervene quickly in case of operational or customer service issues
• Participate in the training and integration of new employees
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations
