Responsibilities

Maintain a spotless salon environment by adhering to sanitation standards and ensuring all workstations are organized and hygienic.

Engage with clients at the front desk by greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing check-ins to create a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Support retail sales efforts by recommending hair care products and upselling items that enhance client satisfaction.

Help with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and managing appointment schedules.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions about services or products, and ensure a positive experience.

Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring all styling tools are sanitized and ready for use.

Qualifications
