Techso is looking for a Senior Microsoft Azure Developer to contribute to major projects for one of its clients located in Montreal.

In this role, you will act as a technical reference for Azure solutions. You will participate in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of backend, serverless, and event-driven solutions, while collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders.

What you will do

• Depending on the projects you are assigned, you may:
• Act as a technical expert for cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure;
• Guide development teams in the design and evolution of solutions;
• Design and develop robust, high-performance, and secure application integrations;
• Develop backend solutions with .NET and C#;
• Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services;
• Design modern event-driven and serverless architectures;
• Integrate solutions with APIs, third-party systems, and platforms like Dynamics 365;
• Automate data flows and processes using native Azure services;
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps;
• Configure and deploy cloud environments, including Key Vault, API Management, Service Bus, and monitoring tools;
• Provide support for applications in production, including monitoring, diagnostics, and incident resolution;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the performance, security, and reliability of solutions;
• Share your knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• The profile we are looking for

You have

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• A minimum of ten years of experience in software development;
• In-depth expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem;
• Solid experience in backend development with .NET and C#;
• Excellent knowledge of Azure services, including Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Storage, Service Bus, and Key Vault;
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, code management, and deployment automation;
• A good understanding of cloud architectures, distributed systems, high availability, and scalability;
• Experience in designing serverless solutions and application integrations;
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• The ability to act as a technical leader and guide team members;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
• The ability to communicate professionally in French and English, as you will collaborate with both French and English-speaking colleagues and clients.
• What constitutes an asset
• Experience with Dynamics 365;
• Experience with Azure API Management;
• In-depth knowledge of event-driven architectures;
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and cloud security;
• Knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring tools in Azure;
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service;
• Microsoft Azure certification;
• Experience in consulting or working with multiple client environments.
