Techso is looking for a Senior Microsoft Azure Developer to contribute to large-scale projects for one of its clients located in Montreal.

In this role, you will act as a technical reference for Azure solutions. You will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of backend, serverless, and event-driven solutions while working closely with development teams and project stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will:
• Act as a technical expert for Microsoft Azure cloud solutions;
• Support development teams in designing and evolving cloud-based applications;
• Design and build robust, secure, and scalable application integrations;
• Develop backend solutions using .NET and C# ;
• Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services ;
• Design modern serverless and event-driven architectures;
• Integrate solutions with APIs, third-party systems, and platforms such as Dynamics 365 ;
• Automate data flows and business processes using Azure-native services;
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps ;

Configure and deploy cloud environments, including Key Vault, API Management, Service Bus, and monitoring tools ;

Support production applications through monitoring, diagnostics, and incident resolution;

Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solution performance, security, and reliability;

Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

The Profile We’re Looking For

You have: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; A minimum of ten years of software development experience;

Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem;

Strong backend development experience with .NET and C# ;

Excellent knowledge of Azure services, including Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Storage, Service Bus, and Key Vault ;

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps , including CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and deployment automation; A strong understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, high availability, and scalability;

Experience working in an Agile environment;

• The ability to act as a technical leader and mentor other team members;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;

The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with French- and English-speaking colleagues and clients.

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure API Management ;

• Advanced knowledge of event-driven architectures;

Experience with DevSecOps practices and cloud security;

• Knowledge of Azure monitoring, logging, and observability tools;

Experience with containers, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service;

• A Microsoft Azure certification;

Consulting experience or experience working across multiple client environments.

You do not need to know every Azure service. Above all, we are looking for an experienced, structured, and solution-oriented professional who can design reliable environments and guide teams through complex technical decisions.
