Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor who will join the administration department at our Quebec office.
Supporting the Director of Human Resources and Payroll, the Human Resources Advisor will act as a business partner by providing strategic consulting to managers and human resources in matters of labor relations and human resources management.

What You Will Accomplish
- Assist the HR Director in providing consulting to managers and human resources
- Provide support to managers in disciplinary and workplace conflict cases, from situation analysis to implementing appropriate measures
- Support and contribute to manager development initiatives in human resources, leadership, and managerial courage
- Participate in improving human resources processes (performance evaluations, skill development, compensation, etc.)
- Analyze and interpret workforce-related indicators and data (turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.) to formulate recommendations and implement appropriate strategies
- Participate in internal investigations regarding workplace standards and collaborate closely with involved parties (lawyers, mediators, etc.)
- Ensure constant vigilance in complying with internal policies, laws, regulations, and practices
- Support the entire human resources team in various operational and strategic tasks
What Really Matters
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role (consulting)
- Expertise in human resources best practices, particularly in labor relations and performance management
- CRHA designation
- Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle, considering that travel to our various offices will be required
