Techso is looking for a PLM Functional Analyst – Teamcenter to support our clients in implementing, enhancing, and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter solutions across Canada and internationally.
In this role, you'll become a strategic advisor to our clients, contributing to every phase of the project lifecycle—from business analysis and solution design to deployment and user adoption.

What You'll Do
- Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will:
Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
Configure, implement, and customize Siemens Teamcenter modules based on business requirements;
Design solutions that optimize PLM processes, product configuration management, and engineering workflows;
Develop and present proof of concepts (POCs) to project stakeholders;
Participate in or lead Teamcenter deployments, testing activities, and system integrations;
Provide expert-level functional support for complex Teamcenter environments;
Train and support end users to ensure successful adoption of PLM solutions;
Prepare functional and technical documentation, including user guides and architecture documentation;
Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle;
Contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives with leading industrial organizations.
The Profile We're Looking For
You have: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; A minimum of five years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter or in a similar PLM consulting role;
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules, including Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, BMIDE, Change Management, and Active Workspace ; A solid understanding of PLM architectures and implementation methodologies;
Experience with related technologies such as SQL, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, XML, ITK, SOAP, and REST services ;
Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments using Teamcenter;
The flexibility to travel within the Montreal area and internationally when required;
The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located across Quebec, Canada, and internationally;
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Nice to Have
Experience implementing or migrating Teamcenter solutions;
- Experience integrating PLM platforms with ERP, MES, CAD, or other enterprise systems;
- Experience in digital transformation or continuous improvement initiatives;
Experience facilitating workshops and delivering end-user training;
- Experience in functional architecture or organizational change management;
International project experience.
