Techso is looking for a PLM Functional Analyst – Windchill to assist its clients in defining, implementing, and evolving solutions tailored to their engineering and product lifecycle management processes.
In this role, you will work closely with client and technical teams. You will contribute to translating business needs into concrete solutions while providing support during implementation, deployment, and optimization phases.

What you will do
- Depending on the projects you are assigned, you may:
- Support the production, evolution, and maintenance of Windchill components;
- Coordinate the implementation of new applications and features;
- Participate in the optimization of application design and architecture;
- Analyze functional and technical issues, then propose adapted solutions;
- Support teams during deployment and production phases;
- Gather and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications;
- Write documentation serving as a reference for project teams;
- Advise teams on advanced Windchill features;
- Guide and mentor less experienced team members;
- Collaborate with technical, functional, and client teams on complex PLM projects;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions and processes for our clients.
The profile we are looking for
You have: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, computer science, or a related field; A minimum of three years of experience in a similar PLM role;
Good mastery of PTC Windchill solutions, including PDMLink and MPMLink;
Experience in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Excellent communication, organization, and technical writing skills;
Experience working in multidisciplinary and collaborative project teams;
The ability to share your knowledge and mentor junior profiles;
An openness to international mobility for assignments in Europe, Asia, or North America;
The ability to communicate professionally in French and English, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues located in Quebec and internationally.
What constitutes an asset
Experience in implementing, migrating, or upgrading Windchill;
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, or product data management processes;
Experience in production support or incident management;
Experience in international projects.
You do not need to master all Windchill modules. We are looking for a curious, autonomous, and solution-oriented person who wishes to continue developing their PLM expertise in a stimulating environment.
