Business Development Broker for Commercial Property Insurance

What You Will Do

• Develop new business opportunities with a commercial client base
• Prospect and respond to new client inquiries
• Analyze business needs and propose the best insurance solutions
• Negotiate with different insurers to obtain the best terms
• Manage a client portfolio of approximately $750,000 to $1M
• Prepare and present proposals
• Develop your network by participating in business events and meeting clients

Desired Profile

• AMF license in commercial property insurance
• 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial property insurance
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and communication skills
• Customer-oriented and results-driven approach
• Good organizational skills and ability to work with multiple computer tools
• What Is Offered
• Very advantageous compensation plan
• 50% commission on new sales
• 30% commission on renewals
• 50% on fees
• $100 bonus on certain eligible sales
