Skilled Residential Renovation Tradesperson Wanted — Steady Work, Great Team, Room to Grow

Double A Construction is looking for an experienced, motivated renovation professional to join our crew. If you take pride in clean, high-quality work and want consistent hours with a company that treats you like family — this is the job for you.

What You'll Be Doing You'll work on a variety of residential renovation projects, including:

• Tile installation (floors, backsplashes, showers)
• Drywall installation, taping, and finishing
• Flooring (hardwood, laminate, LVP, etc.)
• Interior/exterior painting
• Trim and finish carpentry (baseboards, crown molding, door/window casing)
• Caulking and final detail/punch-list work

You don't need to be a master of every single trade above — but the more boxes you check, the better. We value versatility, craftsmanship, and someone who takes ownership of their work from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential renovation or a related trade
• Someone who knows their limits — confident enough to work independently, but smart enough to ask for help or flag an issue before it becomes a bigger (and costlier) problem
• A strong work ethic — you want full weeks, steady hours, and the chance to make real money, not just clock in and out
• Comfortable speaking briefly and professionally with homeowners on-site (updates, simple questions, walkthroughs)
• A team player who works well alongside other crew members and takes direction from lead installers/foremen
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
