Requirements

• DEP in health, assistance, and nursing care (auxiliary nurse);
• Holder of the following certificates of achievement:
• + Cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
• + General first aid;

+ Principles of safe patient handling (PDSB).

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Member of the Order of Auxiliary Nurses of Quebec (OIIAQ);
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• Organizational skills;
• Customer service-oriented;
• Demonstrate and value a culture and environment focused on Chartwell's values, which are defined by R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
