Mission

• Prospect, retain, and develop a network of business referrers consisting of real estate agents, builders and developers, notaries...
• Take charge of the requests of prospects looking for a mortgage financing solution and develop new clients;
• Advise and support clients, from the search for financing to the realization of their project;
• Research and negotiate the best conditions with banking partners;
• Manage the commercial follow-up of your client portfolio until the signature with the notary.

You have first-hand experience in financing or a real passion for real estate projects. Listening, you like to build a trust relationship with your clients by offering them personalized and reassuring support at every step.

Pedagogical by nature (some say you would have made an excellent teacher!), you know how to highlight your expertise to prove to your clients that they have made the right choice by entrusting you with their project. For you, advising and selling go hand in hand.

Proactive and dynamic, you know how to mobilize your networks (physical or digital) to develop your activity and create an ecosystem favorable to the success of your projects.
