Your role in the evolution of our ways of doing things

• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on all production, shipping, dairy processing, and other types of equipment;
• Respond to service calls;
• Perform general maintenance tasks;
• Ensure the reliability of operations (machines, dairy processing procedures);
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical (automation) problems;
• Participate in the preventive mechanical and sanitary maintenance program;
• Perform mechanical and sanitary maintenance tasks;
• Perform tuning and troubleshooting of PID loop controllers for various systems and machines;
• Provide technical support to operations;
• Create and complete work orders in the GUIDE TI management system;
• Perform any other related tasks.

The Profile That Will Contribute to the Change

• Hold a high school diploma;
• Hold a DEP in electromechanical or DEC in maintenance mechanics or equivalent with recognized experience in mechanics;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field;
• Be available to work the night shift;
• Hold a restricted electrical apparatus connection certificate or License C (asset);
• Have basic computer knowledge;
• Have knowledge of instrumentation;
• Have knowledge of hydraulics;
• Have knowledge of electricity (automation);
• Have knowledge of pneumatics;
• Have knowledge of welding and machining;
• Have knowledge of regulation loop analysis, troubleshooting, and tuning;
• Knowledge of the Asservie system (asset).
