We are looking for a passionate and motivated lawn treatment technician to join our team.

Your Daily Routine

• Ensure to follow the established daily planning;
• Go to clients' homes to apply fertilizer and lawn care products;
• Follow treatment procedures as well as health and safety at work norms and policies;
• Diagnose and provide information to clients about the state of their lawns;
• Perform daily inventory of equipment.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• Manual skills;
• Attention to detail and rigor, autonomy, resourcefulness, responsibility, and punctuality;
• Motivation to develop skills and adapt;
• Sharp sense of engagement and determination to achieve requested results;
• Ability to work outdoors at different temperatures;
• Collaborative spirit.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift a load of 12kg;
• Hold a Class 5 driver's license (cars, light trucks, van).

The following are not mandatory but are considered assets

• Holder of a CD4/CD5 certification;
• Experience in the residential service industry;
• Experience with the use of an ERP;

What We Offer

• 40 hours (10-hour day) from Monday to Sunday;
• Salary up to $23/hour depending on productivity, and more if you have relevant experience;
• Overtime pay;

Employment Type: Seasonal, full-time.

Period: April to September.
