The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to ensure the organization of the warehouse and perform updates related to merchandising.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers as needed during store hours
• Contribute to the training of other cashiers and cash register consultants and mobile cash register consultants
• Store Aspect
• Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area
• Know and help apply Sephora's merchandising concepts
• Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortages and losses
• Merchandising and Operations
• Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
• Manage the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, in accordance with company standards
• Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators in accordance with company standards
• Check all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor
• Ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are always respected
• Report issues and concerns about inventory to the supervisor(s), assistant manager(s), or store manager

The compensation ranges between $18.10 CA and $22.65/hr CA.
