The CGI Montreal office is in full development of its strategic consulting (business consulting) activities. Leveraging its extensive client portfolio and first place in Advisory Services, CGI Montreal plans significant growth in its Business Consulting activity in the coming period.

You will work on subjects at the heart of our clients' current issues (digital transformation support, agile, global outsourcing, international programs...) and will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of our business consulting activity. You will be involved in the strategic missions we carry out for our clients in Montreal. You will be integrated into an experienced team that will provide you with the necessary support to achieve your missions and objectives.

Functions and Responsibilities
As a Change Management Consultant, you will support our clients in their transformation. Your missions:
- Support clients in the reflection and definition of their global change management strategy to define a customized, end-to-end support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a change management framework (tools, models, guiding principles)
- Facilitate workshops with work teams and stakeholders to capture impacts, risks, and issues
- Implement all change management levers to mobilize and engage key project actors
- Perform change management activities, including identifying stakeholders, impact analysis, risk assessment on human and organizational aspects, implementing communication and training plans, and preparing/transitioning to the implementation of changes
- Coordinate activities and ensure the production of deliverables
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and produce progress reports. Define and measure success criteria and track the evolution of change for each project
- Lead and monitor the progress of change management deliverables in coordination with project governance, and ensure the integration of activities and deliverables into the overall project schedule
- Propose action plans to achieve set objectives in the face of unexpected situations and potential risks
- Take on commercial development opportunities and position our offerings in the market
Qualifications Required to Succeed in This Role
- Bachelor's degree, BAA, DESS, M.Sc., MBA
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in change management in a consulting firm, and you are eager to invest yourself to enrich your expertise in change management in challenging projects and gain responsibilities quickly
- Experience in a Ccast project, a strong asset
- Good knowledge of change management methodologies, models, techniques, and tools
- Hold a Canadian government security clearance or be able to obtain one at the time of the offer (have resided in Canada for at least five consecutive years)
- Self-reliance, adaptability, excellent listening, analysis, and synthesis skills, strong customer service sense, good interpersonal skills, creativity, and curiosity are essential
- Ability to present to groups at all levels of the hierarchy
- Holder of the Prosci certification, an asset
- You speak both French and English fluently. (Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with national and global clients)
