Description

As an Advisor, Process Robotization, you contribute to the analysis, improvement, and development of processes to be automated. In the context of assignments, you will play a consulting and support role for various business sectors. You will contribute to improving operational efficiency in the sectors and modernizing their activities. More specifically, you help business lines automate their processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. You also support this client in adopting and integrating this technology into their operations. You are supervised by a team dedicated to facilitating and managing these deliveries. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Analyze business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation needs.
  • Map processes and document functional requirements.
  • Design automation solutions tailored to identified needs.
  • Develop automations using the Blue Prism robotization platform.
  • Test developed solutions to ensure proper functioning.
  • Coordinate the deployment of RPA solutions and provide technical support.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an appropriate discipline
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience in continuous improvement and process mapping
  • Experience with automation platforms, robotization (Blue Prism, UiPath, or other)
  • Programming experience
  • Experience in consulting approach
  • Proficiency in French both orally and in writing
  • Advanced intermediate English due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with anglophone partners or members and clients
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced VBA macro usage)
  • Knowledge of DMAIC / Lean Six Sigma
