As a Marketing Analytics Advisor, you will play a key role in operationalizing, tracking, and optimizing the performance of marketing initiatives at iA Auto and Home Insurance (iAAH).

You will also contribute to the segmentation of solicitation lists, represent the team within the analytics practice community, and collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders, including digital, marketing, and other analytics experts.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Marketing Analytics Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track the performance of marketing initiatives, provide recommendations, and suggest improvements to optimize strategies, tactics, and conversion.
  • Understand, implement, track, and optimize key performance indicators and dashboards supporting decision-making.
  • Ensure the operationalization and execution of data cycles specific to the industry, perform queries in databases to generate solicitation lists, and activate them in appropriate technological environments (email campaigns, telephone campaigns, automation, etc.).
  • Provide analytical support to internal teams, participate in establishing forecasts, performance objectives, and targets, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in accordance with governance rules.
  • Feed, conceptualize, and evolve marketing dashboards, simplify complex analyses to facilitate data and insight understanding, represent the team in various analytics practice committees and communities, and stay up-to-date with new trends in marketing analytics, web analytics, and marketing technologies.

  • We are looking for a person who:
  • Is recognized for their curiosity, autonomy, and ability to learn quickly in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Stands out for their ability to simplify, synthesize, and effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong mastery of marketing analytics tools and concepts, including dashboard development and data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Is recognized for their expertise in data analysis and knowledge of tools such as SAS and SQL (knowledge of Snowflake is an asset).
  • Possesses 5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics and a bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, statistics, business intelligence, actuarial science, e-commerce, or another relevant discipline. A master's degree is an asset.
  • Possesses knowledge of analytical concepts related to email and telephone marketing campaign management (consent, legislation (Act 25, LCAP, LNNTE, A/B testing), audience management, digital media placement (SEM, SEO, programmatic, social media), and the insurance industry, as well as campaign and marketing automation tools (assets).
