What you will accomplish with us
As a National Vice President, National Accounts, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to make the organization a significant player in insurance for National Accounts.
- Develop business and strengthen relationships with National Accounts and their insurance specialists across Canada.
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives related to the National Accounts network.
- Support, mobilize, and mentor the National Accounts sales team across Canada.
- Foster team performance and success by creating favorable conditions for their growth and efficiency.

- We are looking for a person who:
- Is recognized for their motivational leadership and ability to develop high-performing sales teams.
- Stands out for their in-depth knowledge of individual insurance and investment products.
- Demonstrates excellent understanding of the Canadian insurance industry and the National Accounts environment.
- Is recognized for their communication, presentation, and business development skills.
- Has more than 10 years of experience in insurance sales management within the National Accounts environment.
- Demonstrates autonomy, flexibility, and diplomacy in a constantly evolving context.
- Is willing to travel across Canada.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French is required, as the incumbent will regularly interact with strategic partners, insurance and succession planning specialists, as well as representatives of major financial institutions and wealth management firms across Canada. They will need to conduct business discussions, present growth strategies, negotiate agreements, and support the development of relationships with national accounts in a predominantly bilingual context.
