The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of CCM Hockey's global brand strategy, ensuring that all consumer touchpoints convey a consistent, compelling, and differentiated brand message. This role drives the integration of consumer insights to guide content, social media, communication, and digital media efforts, aiming to strengthen the brand equity, deepen consumer engagement, and accelerate company growth. As a key member of the global marketing team, the Senior Brand Manager translates business objectives into impactful marketing programs that build an authentic connection with hockey players, fans, and hockey culture worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Creation – Lead the development and implementation of CCM's global content strategy, ensuring that all content supports brand objectives, seasonal priorities, and key business initiatives.
  • Social Media – Lead CCM's global social media strategy and its implementation, fostering significant consumer engagement while enhancing the brand's relevance and reach.
  • Marketing Development – Lead the strategic development of seasonal marketing concepts and narrative frameworks around products that combine innovation, performance, and hockey culture.
  • Communication – Lead the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies aimed at maximizing visibility in non-paid media and strengthening CCM's reputation within the hockey ecosystem.
  • Media – Lead the development of integrated media strategies to effectively guide consumers through the purchase journey and achieve measurable business results.
  • Brand Analytics – Promote a consumer-centric culture by generating actionable insights that inform brand strategy, product development, and marketing effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a specialization in brand marketing, integrated marketing, content strategy, or consumer engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of brand strategy, consumer marketing, and integrated communication.
  • Expertise in content development, social media strategy, content creator marketing, and digital engagement.
  • Strong knowledge in media planning, performance measurement, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience in using market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of product marketing and launch planning.
  • Ability to balance creativity and commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset, favoring continuous improvement and measurable results.
  • Experience in leading multi-channel marketing initiatives within mass-market brands, sportswear, apparel, lifestyle, or high-performance brands.
  • Ability to lead an integrated marketing team to generate business results while fostering team and individual development.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated brand campaigns across all content channels, social media, communication, and media.
  • Experience in managing agency partners, creators, influencers, and external vendors.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Experience in international or multi-market marketing is an asset.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, matrixed organization involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in the sports industry is an asset.
  • Travel (approximately 15 to 20%) is expected during key periods for content creation and photo shoots, as well as to participate in key launch and business-related meetings.
