TikTok Shop Sales Representative

About Us: Abani Home is a growing home goods brand specializing in rugs, décor, lighting, and furniture. We sell across major marketplaces and are expanding into live social commerce through TikTok Shop.

The Role: We're looking for an energetic, camera-confident Sales Representative to host daily TikTok Live sessions showcasing and selling our home décor products. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of a growing brand on one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms.

What You'll Do

• Host TikTok Live selling sessions 4–5 hours per day
• Present and demonstrate our home goods products on camera in an engaging, authentic way
• Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and drive sales
• Collaborate with our team on product selection and promotions for each session
• Track and report on live session performance

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable and confident on camera with a natural, engaging personality
• Familiarity with TikTok and social media trends
• Sales experience or a knack for persuasion and building rapport
• Reliable internet connection and a clean, well-lit space for streaming
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in home décor is a plus

Compensation

• Base salary + commission on sales generated during live sessions
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: From $16.60 per hour
• Work Location: In person
