We are currently seeking a results-driven store manager with a passion for fashion and people.

This person must have experience managing a team of 5 to 7 employees.

Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of the store's success, starting with our most valuable resource: our team.

Hire, train, and develop the team's skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Lead the team in providing a positive and inclusive shopping experience for all customers, in accordance with the company's standards and values.

Achieve all objectives (sales, operations, customer service, visual merchandising, loss prevention) and meet all company standards through a well-led team.
