As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst at CAA-Quebec, you will play a key role in improving digital performance. You will analyze user behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and drive experiments to maximize conversions, engagement, online service adoption, and digital revenue.
This is a regular 35-hour per week position. This position can be held in Montreal or Quebec and your presence in the office will be required 2 days per week.
Work with heart in the pierre-françois team.
- Analyze the performance of digital journeys and user behavior to identify friction points, optimization opportunities, and growth levers.
- Formulate and prioritize optimization hypotheses based on data, best practices, and business objectives.
- Design and implement various tests (A/B, multivariate, personalization) to optimize conversions and the performance of digital journeys.
- Recommend optimizations to content, interfaces, and user journeys based on best practices, SEO, and AI capabilities.
- Ensure the integrity, quality, and exploitation of digital data used in analytical, advertising, and marketing platforms.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, and advancements in AI to identify new growth opportunities.
- Generate strategic analyses and recommendations that guide optimization priorities for the digital ecosystem and support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with analytical, CRM, marketing, and technology teams to maximize the value of digital data and accelerate growth.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong ability to analyze data, create dashboards, and interpret performance metrics.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools and ability to leverage them to optimize analysis, experimentation, and digital performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Excel, and A/B testing platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Ability to explore different approaches and recommend flexible, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
- Synthesis mindset and rigor in task execution.
