What does an Optometrist Assistant's day look like?

• Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism;
• Schedule appointments, remind patients of eye exams, and confirm them;
• Open and update patient files;
• Perform preliminary tests for eye exams;
• Handle payment for eye exams and produce end-of-day reports;
• Perform other administrative tasks.
