RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Leadership and Profit Growth: Take charge of the store's sales performance by providing an exceptional customer experience, offering additional sales, and implementing promotions to maximize revenue. You will play a key role in achieving store goals.

Customer Engagement and Experience: Every interaction is an opportunity to build a loyal customer base! Use your enthusiasm and product knowledge to provide personalized style advice, recommend complementary items, and enhance the shopping experience.

Specialized Piercing Services: Become a piercing specialist through our training program. Offer a safe, professional, and fun experience that encourages customers to return.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of the store by maintaining inventory accuracy, managing transactions efficiently, and keeping the store well-presented and attractive to draw in customers.

Team Support and Sales Coaching: Collaborate with your store manager to train, support, and motivate team members to achieve goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm. Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and use your knowledge to provide inspiring recommendations.

ABOUT YOU

Sales-oriented mindset, passion for service, retail management experience (preferably 1 year), willingness to learn piercing, excellent communication skills, and ability to work autonomously.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform piercings safely and empathetically.

Proficiency in the POS system.

High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of one year of retail management experience.

Ability to stand and handle 25–75 lbs.

Ability to bend, stretch, climb, and place merchandise.

Passion for fashion and trends.

Strong communication and math skills.

Motivation, autonomy, and positive attitude.
