Senior Hair Stylist

Salon Adelia is looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Senior Stylist / Dualist to join their team!

Do you master the art of cutting and/or coloring perfectly, and are you known for offering tailored transformations and high-end client service? We would like to meet you.

Your responsibilities

Advanced Colorimetry: Perform precise diagnostics, colorings, balayages, fades, color corrections, and targeted hair care.

Styling & Cutting: Perform structured cuts (women, men), brushings, and hairstyles adapted to each client's morphology and style.

Personalized Consultation: Analyze clients' needs, propose tailored solutions, and prescribe the ideal at-home care routine.

Loyalty: Offer a warm and attentive experience to maintain and grow the salon's clientele.

Team Life: Contribute to a harmonious, stimulating atmosphere and take care of your workspace.

Desired profile

Experience: D.E.P. in hairdressing (or equivalent) with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a salon as a Senior Stylist.

Dual Expertise (Dualist): Excellent combined mastery of modern cutting techniques and colorimetry.

Savoir-être: Professionalism, punctuality, rigor, active listening, and a marked passion for hair trends.

Team Spirit: Demonstrate a great spirit of collaboration and mutual assistance on a daily basis.
