Located inside the Glen Site of the MUHC, we serve a diverse clientele of patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

Position Summary

We are looking for reliable, patient, and professional individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This role involves direct customer interaction as well as responsibilities related to inventory management and the use of a Point of Sale (POS) system.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide personalized product recommendations across fashion and accessories
• Process sales and returns using the POS system
• Receive, label, and restock new inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Provide kind, patient service to a wide variety of people, including hospital clientele

Requirements

• Previous retail experience or a similar role is required
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and operate digital POS systems
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in a sensitive environment
• Availability on weekends, holidays, and flexible hours (especially for full-time roles)
