Sales Advisor - Hockey and Sports Equipment Department

FULL-TIME POSITION (candidates must be available full-time starting in September)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

As a Sales Advisor for the Hockey and Sports Equipment Department, you will have the opportunity to share your passion and experience by providing advice while building trust with customers and colleagues.

In this role, you will

• Welcome customers warmly and enthusiastically
• Inform customers about various promotions
• Analyze customer needs and advise them to meet their requirements
• Easily and confidently address customer objections
• Have general knowledge of products from other departments in the store
• Collaborate with store management to ensure an adequate product offering
• Actively participate in product training sessions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product trends
• Participate in general store maintenance
